TRIP #2 AGENDA
July 23 - August 1

The agenda of a Road Rules Trip can change at any given moment due to weather, or a number of other factors.
This agenda is the guide we will be using on our 10 day trip across the country.

August 4th from 7pm-9pm we will be having a "Showing" of Road Rules Trip #1.
It will be held in the Quad Room at Lake Forest. Food will be provided.
We will show pictures, videos, tell stories, and talk about all that was seen and learned on this trip!
This meeting is open to the public. All family and friends are invited to come!

July 23- Friday
Leave 8519 Gilead Road at 3pm
We will drive to Bowie, MD and spend the night at Greg's Dad's house.

July 24- Saturday
We will leave Bowie, MD at 7am, and drive to Ocean City, MD and enjoy the sun, beach and boardwalk for the day.



We will then to drive to Westminster, MD and spend the night at Tim Webster's house.
Tim Webster is one of Greg's mentors. He just lost his wife to brain cancer 5 months ago. He has three
children, (Nathan 13, Rebekah 12 , and Mark 9). This family will be telling us their powerful story.

July 25- Sunday
Going to a local church, then driving to Cleveland, OH.

We will be picking up a young lady named Anna Dzurocin to join us for a few days.
Anna is a Christian, 2003 road rule attender, model, and just graduated from Bowling Green University.
She will have much to say to our group about God, family, college life, and what is really important.

We'll be spending the night at Streetsboro / Cleveland KOA Kampgrounds.

July 26 - Monday
Going to Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio. The largest and best amusement park in the USA.
Home of 17 Roller Coasters! The most of any park in the entire WORLD!
TOP THRILL DRAGSTER - 120mph over 420 feet straight up in the air!
The fastest and tallest Gigacoaster in the USA!

July 27 - Tuesday
We will arrive in Mansfield, OH at the Ohio State Reformatory.
We will be given a private tour of the prison from 5p - 7p. We will them be served a "prisoners meal"
in the cafeteria just like real inmates would have experienced from 7:30p - 8:30p.
We will then go on a "Ghost Hunt" tour in the dark with only flashlights from 9p - midnight.
ps - the movie Shawshank Redemption was filled in this prison.



We will be spending the night at Streetsboro / Cleveland KOA Kampgrounds.

July 28- Wednesday
Drive Day - Off to Portland, ME
We will be spending the night at Skowhegan / Canaan, ME KOA

July 29- Thursday
We will arrive in Portland, MA at around 11:30a and meet at Lucky Catch Lobster.
We will be chartering a boat, and the captian will be taking us on a 2 hour lobstering expedition!
We will pull all his traps, catching lobsters, re-baiting the traps, measuring lobsters, throw traps back, etc.
We will then take all the lobsters we caught, take them back to shore, cook them, and eat them!

We will then be driving to Hancock, ME to experience The CHAINSAW ARTIST - Ray Murphy and his show at 7pm in the evening.

We will be spending the night at Skowhegan / Canaan, ME KOA

July 30 - Friday
We'll be driving to Greenville, Maine early in the morning to go on a Moose Safari with Northwoods Outfitters.
We will experience the feeling of our canoes slicing effortless through waters surface on a remote pond graced
by the majestic and historic mountains that form the Appalachian Trail.
On our trip we wil see trout jumping, families of loons and ducks, Beaver, Otter, Whitetail deer, Snowshoe Hare,
Bobcat, Black Bear and of course, the Majestic Maine Moose!

After our Moose excursion, we'll be heading over to The Curriers for a scenic aerial tour
while sitting inside vintage seaplanes! Located in the heart of Maine's Northwoods on Moosehead Lake,
Currier's Flying Service will give us the ultimate sightseeing experience around Maine's Northwoods and
Moosehead Lake in vintage style. We won't be flying these planes, but enjoying an absolutely unique experience
while seeing some of the most beautiful country from the air.




We will then spend the night at Moose Mountain Inn in Greenville, Maine.

July 31 - Saturday

Oh man, we are so far away from Huntersville! I hope we have learned to like each other by now,
because we have a long trip home over the next couple days!

Staying at Pine Grove / Twin Grove KOA in Pennsylvania.

We'll be eating a home cooked Amish meal for dinner.

August 1 - Sunday

Continuing our drive back to Huntersville, NC
